Notes from the bench
This one sits out on the grass a little way off the sidewalk, angled toward the pond. Oaks and Spanish moss line the far bank, so the view feels further away from the neighborhood than it really is.
The road runs along one side of the lawn. You can hear it, but you're facing away from it, toward the water.
